No Refunds – No Exceptions
I acknowledge that all shuttle ticket purchases are 100% non-refundable, with no exceptions.

This applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to:
-Receiving a last-minute ride from someone else
-Choosing to carpool
-Missing the shuttle for any reason (including arriving late)
-Changes in personal travel plans

Hair Love University’s Role:
I understand that Hair Love University is solely organizing the shuttle on my behalf. Their responsibility is limited to arranging the shuttle service.

Responsibility for Travel:
I understand that I am solely responsible for arriving at my designated pick-up location on time. Hair Love University is not responsible for delays, missed departures, or any other travel disruptions.

Shuttle Company Responsibility:
I understand that the shuttle company is solely responsible for the travel and transportation itself. Any issues during transport must be addressed directly with the shuttle company.
